That’s Not Cool Website
This web design project was a Webby Award-winner for revamping the program experience in sync with the digital lives of teens. With bullying widespread in social, non-profit Futures Without Violence chose me to do the redesign to address the digital relationship issues of teens. It won best non-profit site in the Webby Awards and engaged millions of teens to end online violence.

Gen Z-focused content strategy
From my research, I understood that Gen Z cares about issues and wanted real data before advocating for us. From this sprang the That’s Not Cool Data content section that featured highly visual infographics with stats on serious teen issues made to be highly shareable. I also knew that our users needed creative opportunities so we created the Ambassador Stories to allow users to post videos, photos, and text.
230%
